High in protein and low in cholesterol, Piemontese beef is also extremely low in fat content. In fact, it has only one third the calories of traditional beef while at the same time retaining a flavour and tenderness that is simply exquisite. Taste it to believe it! All our Piemontese beef is sourced directly from the award-winning Ballycaghan Herd in Kilcock, Co. Kildare. This lean, highly succulent breed originates in Piedmont in Northern Italy where it is known as the “Queen of Beef”. There is no healthier, no tastier option.
